David Welch, M. Ed.
I have been married for over 25 years and have two grown children. I recently earned my master's degree in child development, and I aim to offer a safe, nurturing, and culturally diverse environment that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. I believe that children play to learn; through their play, each child will learn about themselves, others, and the world around them. Mount Olive is where our hands-on learning environment sets the stage for children to explore, learn, grow, and become responsible humans.

Her goal for children is to develop a sense of personal pride, independence, confidence and self-esteem in order to start successful in Kindergarten. Her thorough Kindergarten readiness program will prepare her class emotionally and developmentally to shine in the academic world ahead. We enjoy having many past students come back to visit Ms. Pam and express their love for their former teacher and preschool. Ms. Pam enjoys spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
